Stein started his career as a contestant on the hit TV program Hell’s Kitchen. Proving to be a great chef with a very fiery disposition he soon focused in on his love for good cuisine, good company and great experiences.
Since learning his trade Stein has worked with some of the most prestigious chef’s around the world including Gary Rhodes, Jean-Christophe Novelli and Keith Floyd, producing amazing culinary creations, and is now bringing the joy of food into homes all around the UK.
